26th INTERNATIONAL SUMMER DANCE COURSE AT THE HUNGARIAN DANCE ACADEMY 22 JULY – 3 AUGUST 2013

     NEW : „ACTIVITY FOR SIBLINGS” = gymnastics, pre-ballet and children dance

       Activities organized for the  7 – 11 year-old brother / sister of the participant.

FOR TEACHERS we offer class observation that costs 10 EUR / day.

 It is possible to apply

•   for full course

•   for half course – for the 1st week or the 2nd week

Tuition fee = registration fee + fee of subject(s)

If you apply for only one week, you have to pay 50 % of the total price of the compulsory and optional subjects. Classes are held from Monday to Saturday, starting at 8.30 a.m.

 „Activity for siblings” classes are between 8.30 - 10.00 or 8.30 - 11.00.

NEW IN 2013: ACTIVE PARTICIPATION WITH DAILY TICKET!

It will be possible to take part in classical ballet, modern, modern ballroom dance, stretch and strength and „Activity for siblings” classes even without previous registration, but only for a maximum of 3 days / person / week. In this case we can not guarantee that the participant will be placed to the class of her/his age and/or previous dance  education.

ALL APPLICANTS WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND DETAILED INFORMATION BY 20 JUNE!

BOARD (we can not offer accommodation without meals)

Participants can be accommodated within the campus grounds, int he Academy’s dormitory (twin and triple rooms with shower are available). Address: H - 1145 Budapest, (14th district), Amerikai út 100.)

For participants applying for the full course:     21 July – 3 August 2013

For participants applying for the 1st week:        21 July – 27 July 2013

For participants applying for the 2nd week:       28 July – 3 August 2013

It is possible to order accommodation with two or three meals per day:

Fee of accommodation and meals:

For two weeks: board with 3 meals (breakfast + lunch + dinner) per day                        585 EUR

For one week: board with 3 meals (breakfast + lunch + dinner) per day              290 EUR

For two weeks: board with breakfast and lunch OR dinner         465 EUR

For one week: board with breakfast and lunch OR dinner           240 EUR

Please, indicate ont he application form if the main meal should be lunch or dinner.

We can offer lunch for participants not staying in the dormitory, but it has to be ordered beforehand.

Only lunch:       For two weeks:  120 EUR

For one week:     60 EUR

All orders must be indicated clearly ont he application form and the payment has to be done by 5 July.

We can not take into consideration orders arriving later than this date or any post-resignations (due to the external suplliers)!

We might provide (depending upon availability) accommodation for travel companions in the dormitory. The price for one night, with meals included is 50 EUR (in case the order and payment arrives before 30 June). The price for one night without meals is 20 EUR.

You may need to stay an extra night in the dormitory; in this case places are only available right after the finishing of the course (3^rd of August). The cost for an additional night (out of your course participation) is 20 EUR, no meals provided.

     CANCELLATION, REFUND

If circumstances make it impossible for you to attend, cancellation should be sent to us in written form by 30 June 2013. In case of late arrival or early departure there is no refund of tuition fee.

Partial refund is possible when presenting a medical certificate concerning injury/illness that occurred during the course.

 Moving in the dormitory rooms: 21 July or 28 July between 3 – 6 pm.

 Registration for non-dormitory residents on the 1st and 2nd week:

22 July, Monday 8.00-9.00 am. or 29 July Monday 8.00-8.30 am. (studio building)

 Course opening ceremony: 22 July, Monday 9.00 am. in the Theatre Hall

 Closing ceremony and departure: 3 August, Saturday

In the morning handing over certificates, performance and departures from 2 pm.
